Hemp Seed, Lemon Myrtle.
Directions

Tap out half a teaspoon or one teaspoon (if you like a strong cup) and infuse with hot water for 3-5 minutes for a cup of tea. Add honey if you like. Alternatively, cool down and have it as a cold drink or iced tea. Tip: Try adding fresh mint or sliced lime to the Happy Hemp tea when iced - fabulous at summer parties

    Excellent Tea Vial

    Great idea, excellent way to trial the tea flavours and Happy Hemp is super refreshing. I believe it did make me happy, so much so I ordered a jar !
