Directions: Add 1 teaspoon of our Blue Tea for a cup of tea, boiling water and let infuse for 5 minutes. Add a squeeze of lemon to change its colour from blue to purple or ice with citrus or lemon.  Tip: Shake jar or refill pack well each time prior to using the loose leaf for a brew, to get an even colour and taste.
