Directions: Tap out half a teaspoon or one teaspoon (if you like a strong cup) and infuse with hot water for 3-5 minutes for a cup of tea. Add honey if you like. Alternatively, cool down and have it as a cold drink or iced tea. Tip: Try adding fresh mint or sliced lime to the Happy Hemp tea when iced - fabulous at summer parties. Tip: Happy Hemp can be served hot or chilled with mint or lime for a more refreshing taste!
