Spicy Masala Chai is a heart warming drink that is a great pick-me-up for the winter months . A heart warming winter tea - also best known as chai or chai latte in cafes. An aromatic, tasty infusion of tulsi seeds (basil), casia bark (cinnamon), brown cardamom and black pepper all blended and roasted to release an amazing aroma and taste. 

All these aromatic spices are blended in hand-picked, certified organic Darjeeling tea which is the perfect 'pick me up' black tea.

Directions: For one cup , measure half a teaspoon or one teaspoon (if you like a strong cup) and infuse with hot water for 3-5 minutes. Add honey if you like. Alternatively cool down and have it as a cold drink or iced tea. Chai traditionally is served with milk and honey - froth up milk and add to the hot brewed chai or add honey and lemon for a smooth black darjeeling tea.
