Hemp Seed, Lemon Myrtle.
Directions

For one cup of tea, measure half a teaspoon or one teaspoon (if you like a strong cup) and infuse with hot water for 3-5 minutes. Add honey if you like. Alternatively, cool down and have it as a cold drink or iced tea. Tip: Try adding fresh mint or sliced lime to the Happy Hemp tea when iced - fabulous at summer parties.

    This is such a great tea. My hubby absolutely loves it and its such a mild taste for a great afternoon break when you have been working hard and still are not finished for the day. It has that in between kind of flavour that relaxes you just enough to relax but not to completely chill out so you have enough energy to complete what you are doing at work without feeling like you want to fall asleep. Great tea - and so is the coconut one. They sent a freebie sample for us and that one also is absolutely delish.

    Happy Hemp is a Family Winner

    I picked up some of your tea at this years Royal Easter Show and haven’t stopped raving about it to friends and family. (Happy hemp, Bewitching Blue, Green Tea) The Happy Hemp is a family winner. We are big herbal drinkers at night and both my parents struggle to sleep the whole way through but the Happy hemp helps them allot and it also helps me fall asleep at night.
