Ingredients

Brahmi, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Rose, Sunflower Blossoms, Lime Blossoms, Clove, Nutmeg

Directions

For one cup , measure 1/2-1 teaspoon (if you like a strong cup) and infuse with hot water for 3-5 minutes. Add honey if you like.

Menopause help

As suggested to me have added this tea to my ‘beat the menopause’ regimen. At first wasn’t sure about the flavour but has since become a favourite. I love all the different bursts of flavour from ingredients. However biggest plus is the relief from hot flushes intensity such an enormous help. Thanks for your advice Mona

First & Only Remedy

The Brahmi Herbal Infusion is the first and only remedy I have tried that improves & aids my sleep. It’s main description is a memory tea blend but the added bonus is quality of sleep. I was sceptical at first as I’ve tried most natural remedies none of which did much whereas this after a day or two of using helped so much I won’t be without it! I still awake in the early hours most nights but this helps me go back to sleep, most of the time, instead of lying wide awake. It may not not sound miraculous but to me it is after years of disrupted or little sleep I finally feel like I’m getting the rest I need. Pity it’s only in Australia but having just received delivery of a bumper order to the UK, to keep in stock, it’s worth the cost of shipping to never be without it. Thank you!

Great product!

I am a mortgage broker, and as such have many different scenarios running at all time. I found I was having problems differentiating each deal. Now, starting work every morning with a 2 cup pot of Brahmi Tea, I sail through the day! Brilliant!
