Directions: Part your hair and apply dabs of coconut oil onto your scalp , keep repeating till you've covered your entire scalp. If applying overnight put a towel on your pillow and then shampoo and conditioner off in the morning. If brave, leave on for 5-6 hours during the day and then shampoo and conditioner off. For dry skin, apply after a shower and rub in thoroughly.
