Our Happy Infusion as we call it helps balance the mood, is uplifting and may help subdue pain. Antioxidant rich with a flavour bomb of lemon myrtle, which is known as a natural antibacterial that helps fight virus and infections. A daily tonic to help boost you. Feel refreshed and invigorated with every sip. 

Directions: For one cup of tea, measure half a teaspoon or one teaspoon (if you like a strong cup) and infuse with hot water for 3-5 minutes. Add honey if you like. Alternatively, cool down and have it as a cold drink or iced tea. Tip: Try adding fresh mint or sliced lime to the Happy Hemp tea when iced - fabulous at summer parties. Tip: Happy Hemp can be served hot or chilled with mint or lime for a more refreshing taste!
